We provide a comprehensive service for accident victims which include: a free interview to advise if you have a claim; intimation of your claim to the person whose fault the accident was and negotiation of a settlement on your behalf. Usually we will not charge any fee for this service. If your claim is settled, you receive 100 per cent of the compensation. The person at fault will pay us. If you have to sue through the courts for compensation, advice is available on availability of Legal Aid or “no win, no fee” arrangements.
